AccorHotels gets more than 3700 hotels and 180 000 employees over the 5 continents. Based on a worlwide business strategy to cut the travel costs and enhance collaboration, Accor chose G2J to design, deploy and managed a bespoke and turnkey solution to fit accor employees and offcies business life. Key words : Qaulity – Security and Simplicity. G2J had to create a solution trusted by the IT and directors and loved by all users.

G2J team, after a technical audit, created and deployed its enterprise grade video conferencing cloud solution. In the first time, G2J deployed the VideoCloud solution then the Video Managed services to meet accor needs and expectations.

With the VideoCloud offer, Accor get the best videoconferencing infrastructure without investing. G2J provided toAccor a tailor-made videoconferencing cloud infrastructure to connect all kinds of users at any time, in any place and from any equipment. Interoperability, Mobility and Simplicity are the main challenges. It can be used with any device (PC, Mac, smartphone, tablet) and over any network (Wi-Fi/3G-4G/Private/ Hybrid/Public). An intuitive interface that is adaptable to all uses and every accor organisations ensures rapid user adoption.
